See attached poster for our next meeting on July 15th - Hilly Janes on 'Dylan Thomas and Friends'. Hilly Janes is the daughter of Alfred Janes, one of his friends and a noted artist.
We still have places for our second summer trip - a full guided tour to the extensive, well preserved site of the secret Second World War nuclear weapons research and chemical weapons production factory at Rhydymwyn in Flintshire on Sunday 22 September. However, the deadline is approaching, so if you would like to join the trip please bring £10 to the meeting and a firm plan for transport - either by your own car or by a lift agreed with friends also joining the trip. All places need to be booked in advance.
